"This place usually has been great but I showed up at 9:35 on a Saturday and they won't let me in to get my dose and it's not like there's a line of people. It's just me standing here. I think that's a little bit ridiculous when there's 20 people in line still if it was any other day of the week it would be no big deal. So now here I am screwed and I'm going to have to go use drugs."

"Great facility, No place is perfect but those who complain about anything but time are just not ready to get clean . Because they are great at this place all employees and doctors. I've been to three others and I have only one complaint it should never take more than 30 min to dose. The system is good but they need someone who is constantly out front and if the person whos number was called doesn't get right up they hit he button and send the next number. There to much time lost because people aren't their when their numbers are called . Evelyn is a great counselor"

"I entered New Seasons 2 months after my pharmacy of 8yrs said they couldn't fill My pain management prescriptions I had been with the same Dr for 10 yrs I had no choice but to go to New Seasons treatment I was left with no opioids for 2 Mos I was barely living in excruciating chronic pain and my health is well is not fixable I been there just 6mos and I'm stable now Yes I'm grateful and there are great helpful people. think MIKE & MARIA are Awesome nurses I like them !!! Both are very nice always working and smiling ☺ those 2 are my favorite nurses Tish is another helpful member who has always helped me when nobody would! Thank you & Coop who is very helpful if I need to check in and he keeps the clinic in order outside and inside. I got the best surprise when they got me a different counselor and she's great Eva Morana she's a very nice counselor I'm thankful to have her also I didn't like my first one I hope I don't get another one I wish I could drive walk in and be in line and dose n go Wait times 2 hours 3 hours is ridiculous only because my ailing health can't take sitting I have end-stage lung disease bone on bone knees it's hard to get up every morning to get medicine. But I'm grateful for the program and the people I have mentioned. I need my take homes asap the pain would not be so bad if I didn't have to wait so long to dose Ty New Seasons treatment team I've had the pleasure to meet the staff and Dr. T is a great Dr to me He has helped me a lot.it works for me I can't leave due to failing health Thumbs up 4 stars because the hours of waiting only"

"This doctors at this place is prescribing Methadone to someone I know when he doesn’t need it. Every drug test he’s had has been clean besides the very first one 2years ago. Methadone is a Schedule II drug under the Controlled Substance Act. He doesn’t eat anything but yogurt since he’s started this “treatment” & is always sick since he’s been going. Every time he takes it in the morning he has to lay down for 45min or he’s going to get sick, he stopped working after taking this for the first couple months. He has no motivation anymore, they haven’t tapered him down; only have made his dose higher. He has no medical condition to where he needs to be taking this. If you’re thinking about getting on this, you’re better off doing it cold Turkey. I will be getting the law involved since they are illegally giving him Methadone; he has no medical necessity to where he needs to be on this. Half of the people that go there are there to get their morning high and continue to do drugs, this is something that ruins your body and mind from the inside out, just like the drugs people are there to get off from. The people that work there think they’re doing something good, well it’s not any good."

"I just started going there and so far I love it the counselors truly care about the patients. They are kind and inspiring . Malinda is the best. She has made me feel really good about my recovery. The nurses who dose are absolutely amazing. As well. Always ready to help with a smiling face. I wish I would have started there a long time ago for my Lyme disease pain control.
