"Want me to be honest? If you're looking for a doctor then don't come here. All they care about is their med spa. I've had so many issues with getting medicine refilled, talking to doctors or nurses or literally ANYONE. Do they just ignore voicemails? How am I supposed to trust a medical professional who doesn't even make time to show up to their office? I haven't seen Dr. Kenneth or Luz in months, feels like the only competent person who runs this place is Dr. Mayday. Changing my main provider as soon as possible because not only do I feel disrespected, but neglected. Also pretty sure using monetary value/rewards for leaving biased reviews is against Google review policy but I could be wrong. Regardless, feels morally wrong."

"I am posting this negative post on this practice on my parents behave. My parents are Spanishspeaking. When calling Medicare we were informed that the practice was taking all HMO'S most privet insurance. When calling the practice to schedule appointments for both of my patients the front staff was rude. Per front staff we need to see previous medical records to see if patients were fit for the practice. That was done since those were practice guidelines. Took medical records in person and after a week of not having a word on if the patients were fit for the practice I called personally. There I come to a surprise that so suddenly the practice is not taking their insurance. If I have not called that would of never called me. In the past my parents and my self attended this practice being self pay. Then we had no problem but of course there is new staff. So far I can say do not waste people time. It's a shame this practice has great doctors and terrible front office personnel. I did as to speak to Wendy the office manager and I was told we do not take your insurance anymore. Wendy asked to inform you."

"DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU NEED REGULAR MEDICATION REFILLS!!! I have been coming here for over 6 years. It was fine until the last two years they have consistently ruined my access to maintenance medication. They will send it to the wrong pharmacy and take a week of constant pressure from me to fix their problem. They will send partial quantities to the wrong pharmacy and tell me I have to deal with it because they can't fix the problem they caused. The amount of money I have paid extra out of pocket because these people refuse to look at my file is unbelievable. I've lost out on medications and had to ration them because of how horrible this office is with handling them. I kept thinking it was one employee or just a simple mistake but it's been 2 YEARS of me struggling like this because of them. I'm disabled so finding a new PCP is really hard but FINALLY I found one! I can leave this torturous medical office for good! Never again will I have to go to the pharmacy and pay for the wrong medication, call the office 15 times, never get an answer or my medication, and have to suffer until i can afford another appointment. Last time I went, they asked me if I had ever recieved medication from the office before. HUH? I BEEN COMING HERE FOR 6 YEARS FOR THE SAME 2 MEDICATIONS AND YOURE ASKING IF IVE EVER BEEN PRESCRIBED THEM FROM THIS OFFICE BEFORE TODAY? & they sent the medications to the WRONG pharmacy AGAIN. & now I have to pay double for half the amount of pills? No. This was my final straw and I'm grateful for it, as I now have an appointment with a new primary care physician this week. Literally anyone is better than Alonso Medical and Wellness Center. I'VE GONE TO URGENTCARE TO AVOID COMING HERE. FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE PLEASE"

"Really good medical staff. They are caring and efficient. Office staff is hands down the worst ever. "IF" they answer the phone, and don't want too deal with the problem, they just tell you to hold on and transfer your call to voicemail. Forget it if you have a referral. You are going to need calling at a minimum of three times to try and get someone to assist you in sending the referral to the referral physicians office and the insurance company for approval. It is a big test of your patience."

"I love this office. I had bronchitis and was seen by Dr. Luz Alonso about 2 weeks ago. Yesterday in my follow-up appointment, Veronica Dunfee, nurse practitioner, took care of me because Dr. Luz Alonso was out of office. Both Dr. Luz Alonso and Veronica Dunfee are knowledgeable and very caring. I’m a retiree. I’ve been seeing many doctors over the years in 3 different states, I have to say Dr. Luz Alonso and Veronica Dunfee are the most caring professionals that I have seen. I would recommend them to my families and friends."
