"Called to make an appointment over the phone. Person on the phone verbally confirmed the date, I showed up to the office and was told my appointment was for the week after. I rescheduled, showed up 15 minutes early and was seen 30 minutes after my appointment time. I was seen by a PA, not even a real dermatologist. I had some skin concerns that were not addressed and they billed my insurance over $300 for a simple wart removal. Completely dissatisfied with my experience."

"Wasted almost 2 k on plastic surgery for 2 small moles. And ended with even uglier scars. A year later still suffering with the incision that did not heal nicely. wasted my money and time. Now I have to live with regrets. Don’t waste your time here"

"I’m very disappointed in this practice. I tried my best to become a new patient however, after making an appointment, I was told that I needed a referral and that my appointment had been canceled…NO thought was given as to if I wanted to pay out of pocket. I really needed to be seen! Moreover, I made a concerted effort to see my PCP the following morning in order to get a referral, which I received. I hand delivered it to the office. An hour later I was told that the referral FROM MY DOCTOR wasn’t valid and that it would be seven days before I could get a referral through an online portal processed and an appointment rescheduled. Seven days is CLEARLY an arbitrary number, the process could be accomplished in moments…not days. Unless you enjoy inefficiency, do not visit this medical practice, they just like to give people a hard time. It’s embarrassing the low level of service I’ve received from this practice."

"Dr. Forman is great. She is straight to the point, tells you how we are going to approach things, and is even pretty funny when you start talking more. Her medical assistant Krishna is the first one to greet me and she is always friendly. They treat me well and make being at the doctors more enjoyable than it normally is."

"Staff is nice and friendly but Olga Forman (PA) is not a good fit for a so-called "medical professional". She is not very kind/friendly and is not a good listener. She repeated the same treatment that my son had been using since December 2022 (unsuccessfully) prescribed by his pediatrician as a temporary solution until we were able to see a dermatologist. She then added some over-the-counter options that I wouldn't have to pay a visit to a "dermatologist" to have access. When I went to ask if we could use another type of regimen or treatment option that was more effective even with more challenging side effects, she simply mentioned that she has been a professional for 15 years and that if I was not satisfied with the protocol she prescribed that I could look for another dermatologist and left the office, she just turned her back and walked away. I will never go back or recommend this facility because this so called "physician" is super rude and unprofessional. Please be wise and use your time and money somewhere else."
