"The lab is by far the worst lab ever. Twice I’ve gone and have been put to the side while they take guest with no appointments when it’s supposed to be appointment then first come, first serve. They were unapologetic and showed no sympathy for their mistake. Maybe the receptionist would do a better job if they weren’t busy discussing upcoming vacations and time off from work. It’s unprofessional and unacceptable."

"I was seen here about 2 weeks ago for the urgent care after hours by one of their arrogant, rude, uncaring nurse practioner. She scolded and accused me of knowing that i had covid 19. I had no idea i had it. When they took my temp, i did not have one. I told her my other symptoms. I think she was upset with me because i told her i prefer to see a medical doctor. She was definitely immature and unprofessional. Then i heard the entire staff discussing my medical issue. One of them said, oh we never heard of this happening and she knew she had covid 19. How dare they discuss my medical treatment in the open among themselves a total violation on hipa laws. Also, i requested to do a formal complaint and haven't heard from anyone yet. I will be finding another medical group and also contacting my health insurance United Health Care to let them know about this. Lora Grayson"

"Between my primary care physician’s office and the support of the testing folks on the first floor and cardialogy team I have never experienced such a high level of care in my life. The people at this facility seem to really care about me as an individual. They aren’t perfect and there have been scheduling or other mix ups but every single time someone has expressed an interest and helped if there has been a problem. Thanks so much to the entire team here!"

"For this office to identify as a professional, medical office tells me who ever runs this office has a lot of learn about the patient / customer experience. I’m a patient at the MFM office and waited ONE HOUR and still had not been called back. I’m understanding that appts. can run over and I’m okay with being a little delayed, but 1 hour and still not being called back — for “high risk” patients! Laughable. Expecting moms should look be able to look forward to a stress-free experience when seeing a provider, not adding to their stress with a ridiculous wait time. I had to cancel my appointment so that I would not be late for work! Pitiful."
