"Eni at Waterman sports medicine rehab really help change my life. She is an excellent therapist. It's a great facility with caring therapists."
"The whole staff is wonderful, polite, and friendly. My physical therapist, Eni, is outstanding!!! She has really helped me improve! I would not be doing this well without her. I highly recommend."
"Absolute scam artists, I will never use this facility again. I went to an initial consultation that took 30 minutes, they asked lots of questions but did no rehab or exercises but they charged my Insurance over a thousand dollars of which i have to pay $600 , after talking on the phone with them they said they would research the bill , after a few weeks they ca=me back and said the bill is correct and that is what they get for a consultation. Do not use this Facility , they take advantage of older people in pain. had they told me in advance what they were going to charge i would have politely declined the appointment but as it is , i have to pay $600 for 30 minutes of answering questions and talking to a supposed Physical therapist that had no idea what they were doing in my opinion.. Never again will i use AdventHealth and everyone i see will get this same warning... they're crooks.. Update : 12-20-23 Even after talking to Billing department and letting them know NOTHING was done to me at all , just questions , they still insist to bill me the $596.25 , so i paid today , I Hope they Choke on it..."
"I was referred to adventHealth for rehab by my doctor. Absolutely the best! My therapist was Eni and I have to say she was awesome. She explained everything to me and coached me through the tough times. I have told my friends about her and if I ever need anymore therapy, I definitely will ask for her. Thanks, Eni!!"
"STAY AWAY - BIGGEST RIP OFF IN HEALTH CARE. I have gone to specialized physical therapy for 30 minute dedicated sessions and the charges were around $80 a visit. I went here and expected similar. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for $3200 THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for 8 sessions after insurance deductions. My sessions were less than 30 minutes with maybe 10 minutes of therapist time. I was paying $800 an hour. I called and complained and asked to speak to the office manager. I was told he was busy and would call back. He never did. As a follow up I had 3 calls with the "We care" people without any follow up until I emailed again. I finally talked to the office manager after talking to his boss and his boss' boss. He said that they have improved and are telling about 60% of the patients the costs ahead of time and in his words "that doesn't help you." So I am out THOUSANDS of dollars and would have never have agreed to that. After 6 or 7 communications there was never an offer to lower the charges, just a statement that they will try to do better in the future. BTW I am currently getting PT for another condition and if my deductible were not paid off yet I would be paying $79 for one solid hour of therapist's time or ONE TENTH of the $800 I paid this clinic. You have been warned."
