"Dr Clark and staff are great! Everybody is super nice, and very helpful. They are never condescending or short as I have found other front desk staff at past doctor's offices can be. Dr Clark is amazing. I didn't have to wait long to see him, but it was worth the wait and if it was longer that would be fine also because he spent so much time with me. I can't remember the last time a doctor did that if at all. He was very thorough, and went over so many things with me on my first visit. Also he was never condescending, or short with me and he answered all of my questions. I'm super happy that I found all care clinic and Dr Clark. I highly recommend them."
"The front office and billing department (Christina) is unresponsive. The front staff is too busy to help anytime you call. I have reached out leaving voicemails, have gotten to speak to team members however I get incorrect information incorrect email correspondence and no follow up. I have requested my primary care Dr Clark call me 3 times and haven’t gotten an email or callback. I honestly don’t believe he is getting the messages from his staff. They did not send my claims to my insurance which I paid out of pocket then called my insurance to ask why it wasn’t covered and they never got any information from the front office. I did speak to Dr Clark about this and he got it corrected right away and sent to my insurance so I thought okay no biggie. Fast forward 4-5 months later I’m going through my claims and have reached out to their billing team for clarity on the duplicate charges and dates that don’t make sense. I am exhausted of dealing with this office and all the confusion since establishing care a little over a year ago. I was in a car accident and did not have time to find another primary care and to be honest I really do love Dr. Clark. So I ended up going back as I had to see someone post ER. I’m not trying to make anyone’s job harder or be a mean person however when your a medical provider and this is the field you choose. I ask them to take accountability for the laziness and lack of attention to their patients. The nurses and medical staff are amazing however they need to really take a look into the front of house and billing. I have now been advised to go to great lengths for simple answers and it’s very disheartening. This communication gap is causing more stress and strain than there needs to be. If I could give Dr. Clark 5 stars I would but the office over all does not in anyway deserve that. Today I’m especially furious as I spoke with Stephanie for over 15 minutes and explained I had concerns about claims from may which do not involve my leaves team & she sent medical forms to which only cases them confusion as it is not pertaining to them nor should they been emailed those records. They only records they should have been sent is anything regarding to my car accident."
"Today would have been my first visit to see Dr Clark for a check up before I went back to school. We get to the clinic and Stephanie the front desk person not only told me that I would not be seen today because the first appointment can not be for a check up. When scheduling the appointment I was very clear my mom wanted me to have a check up prior to returning to college. My mother has been a patient since 2017 and loves Dr Clark, I would not know how good he is because his front desk person Stephanie would not allow me or my mom to be seen because my mom couldn't find her hsa card to pay our $30 copay. She clearly has no customer service skills and first impressions are lasting and I will not be coming back nor will my mother because of the way Stephanie treated us in front of other people."
"This office appears to be balance billing. They have charged me on 5 occasions the difference between my insurance contracted rate and their standard office rate. In network providers are to charge only the contract rate. When i figured this out the office staff laugh and say this is what the computer says you have to pay. My insurance company has been trying to contact them on my behalf for a refund since September (3.5 months now) they will not respond. As far as care goes. the nurse practitioner and dr clark seem to disagree on treatment. If you are scheduled with dr Clark be prepared for excessive wait time. You will not receive your covered annual exam without a billed meet and great visit first It’s a shame, the guy is nice but his employee management is horrible and his wait times become comically funny. That’s when you wait an hour and twenty minutes past your appointment time and you become beyond angry and just start laughing in disbelief. He says you’ve only been checked into this room for forty minutes and I say you’re not counting the other fort minutes I waited up front. He blames his staff, granted they are incompetent but he is ultimately responsible. His wait times are not a one off it’s been consistent for me each visit the shortest being about 45 minutes. Anyways, that’s my experience."
"Firstly, I was able to get an appointment the same afternoon of day that I called to schedule. The wait was less than 5 minutes to be seen. Angie is always a delight and full of great energy. The staff are helpful and efficient and I was on my way in less than 30 min. Angie informed me that the checkout process will be even more streamlined in the near future. Keep up the great work. Thanks, to everyone involved. Looking forward to the next appointment!"
