"Worst place ever didn't even help me, I'm still in pain...I had to drive from Lakeland Florida which is almost 2 hours away anf i wasted my time and my gas for no help at all.. DO NOT COME HERE..."
"I'm doing my physio therapy here to recover from my shoulder surgery. The staff has been very nice. Thanks so much for taking care of me."
"DR. WEBER..Terrible doctor, terrible attitude, terrible disposition, terrible experience. The only positive, which is worth the 1 star given, is the amazing front desk staff. Very accurate reviews in relationship to WC treatment and biases. Putting the "patient first" and engaging in best practices/policies is laughable at this facility. Borderline malpractice; tettering between fraud and medical mishandling. Abuse of credentials to satisfy Workers Compensation Insurance Companies and Employers. Poor communication is an understatement. Unfortunately, in WC we aren't usually given a choice as to what doctors we see; nevertheless I was initially excited to be scheduled with Dr. Weber (and I use Dr. loosely), thinking that I was going to be in good hands. Although, I had a work related injury in one area, if I felt comfortable enough, I was going to seek other treatment with him (unrelated to work) under my private insurance. But my excitement, along with any hopes of further treatment were quickly deflated when he walked in. His demeanor was unequivocally one that created a hostile feeling and an environment in which I quickly wanted to escape. After I gave my account of what I was experiencing and what happened to directly cause and affect my pain, it was very clear that he wasn't listening. He had already made up his mind on how he was NOT going to address my issues. So, at that point, I didn't ask any questions; I actually felt as though he didn't deserve the energy I would have used to confront him on his contradictory rhetoric and fabricated fallacies. Even the DWC form was misrepresented and did not correlate with what we discussed pertaining to both the X-ray and his so-called 5 minute examination findings. He may be a wonderful doctor for those utilizing private insurance/cash, but for those who are referred to him due to and because of a work related injury..Good Luck!!! Patient care is nonexistent."
"I came in with very stiff leg/ knee after having a patella operation. This physio practice is professional and well organized. They worked purpose orientated and provide exercises suited for my injury. The exercises gave we confidence to practice at home….I quickly regained my mobility. Judy is an experienced physio… and provide a professional but relaxed atmosphere in the treatment room. I can really recommend this practice."
"The receptionist just asked me in a very rude way to reschedule since I arrived 2 minutes late. It is too hard to walk for me right now and I have so much pain that took me a little more to get to the office. If I was going to be attended for 10 minutes, then 8 minutes remaining. Anyway, this is not the way to talk to a human being in pain. Leaving with so much pain right now. She was not human and the patients in waiting room noticed it. Leaving with so much pain because 2 minutes is not human. Hope you see my review."
