"This review is for a staff member and Dr. Hameroff. I have put off writing this. You know like I would think about it and say why waste my time? But here goes. Sometime 2019 my FEET notice not FOOT became injured. Long story short I was at Clearwater Skate Rink with family watching them skate and I was in the low bleachers. A young girl came by me quickly and RAN over my feet which were inwards at bleacher and not sticking out. It happened so fast good thing I wasn't wearing flips. She had to be wearing guards otherwise might toes would have been chopped off. Anyway it happened so fast I was in a great deal of pain but then after I got out and sat down it subsided. So I thought hey don't be a baby, accidents happen, kid didn't mean it. Believe it or not although the top of the right foot and the upper right of the left foot were maintained being moderately sore it faded with tylenol/motrin. THEN I noticed my right foot starting to ache and me loosing my big toenail. SO I went to Dr. Hameroff. He has two women who work the office. The lady sitting in the back part was always nice BUT the front, lets call her NURSE RATCHET. Personality of a pea at best. Rude condescending. Stay tuned for more on her. I went in to make appointment, they did not take my insurance so I paid cash. There was no so sorry your in pain lets have him take a quick look. Made appointment to come back and I did. Guess what he removed my big toenail and treated top of foot. Said it would take upwards of six months to grow back (guess what try over a year). I told him during same session he needed to do the same with the left toenail and he looked at it and said no not necessary. While not the worst thing in the world for those of you reading these trust me removal of the toenail "not a walk in the park." He said it was highly unlikely that the other toenail would experience same thing. If anything developed let them know. Okay fast forward to end of 2019 and my left foot has been bothering me on and off but I'm not loosing the toenail. Early part of 2020 my foot is bothering me but guess what Pandemic and everything shut down. Not too much to do but ice and tylenol-motrin and prop foot. So finally they are open 2021! and I just show up because Im losing the nail and in pain. It has gotten worse. I go in too make appointment and there are the same two ladies and yes NURSE RATCHET in front. No greeting no hello she had to assume I was a new patient. It had been two years since I was there last. They also did not take my new insurance so I'd be cash. I said I would like him to just look first and then see what to do. She pulled my chart and said what do you expect him to do? It's been two years since you have been here? I was startled and so was the woman behind her and I responded - Ever hear of the Pandemic and how long things were closed and once open not being able to get in places? She responded oh, yes but weve always been available to our patients! NOT. Lady some day I hope you experience someone like you when you are in pain and need."

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the doctor was very knowledgeable and compassionate. He took the time to explain my condition to me in detail and answered all of my questions. "I have had ingrown toenails my whole life built and have managed to remove them myself up until now. I am now 40 and had a stubborn one I could not get out. I am not big on going to the doctor for anything. But this team including the nice office ladies who answered the phone all calmed me down and answered all of the nervous questions I had. Doctor Brian was just awesome. Totally calmed me down and explained everything he was doing and in under 5 minutes it was done he went above and beyond and even took care of the other side of my nail on that toe and put some stuff on there so I will never get an ingrown nail again. Are you kidding me I didn't even know that was a thing. After my vacation, I am going back to get my other big toe done. Oh and all the extra stuff he did he didn't charge any more for it. Stand up people. And I will use them for all my podiatrist needs going forward. Thank you and see you all in a week for my checkup."
