"I have an autoimmune condition. They have been caring for me for 3 years. They're following pretty standard methods of care for my condition. Staff is caring and very attentive. They have listened to my concerns every visit. Above all you must be an advocate for your own health and not rely on a doctor doctors office to make decisions for you."
"I am a highly educated medical and academic professional expecting a partner in my healthcare. Instead I was denied a very common medication used to treat my chronic condition that they have treated since my diagnosis. Despite being told I’m having difficulty walking and experiencing severe joint pain, my request for steroids was denied because they haven’t seen me in 6 months. It was their practice that suggested my appointments be changed to every 6 months. Apparently they don’t consider that a working person may need to change one of those appointments. I’m sure if they had received my insurance and copay they would have been happy to prescribe the steroids. I will absolutely be taking my care elsewhere. Dr. Kelly McAdams"
"No stars for them. Zero stars. My mom has gone to this practice for years. Almost a decade. She has no choice due to her insurance. Thank goodness it’s Medicare plan change time. They insist she come in every month. She has never missed an appt even though each one takes about 3 hours- 2 hours and 45 minutes of waiting and fifteen for the doc to tell her she isn’t “trying to get better”. My mom has tested positive for the RA factor, the HLA-B27, and her inflammatory markers are outrageously high. She’s in constant agony, and they just don’t seem to care. Between the lack of consideration when they switch her to yet another new NP with no notice, to not caring when she’s out of meds, not referring her to an ortho but telling her she needs surgery, not doing imaging as an RA doc should to monitor progression of joint destruction, to simply watching without action while my poor moms health continues to decline as they continue to ignore her….while cashing in that $247 to Medicare each month…I don’t know, it seems like there’s a whole lot of medical negligence going on in this place. Stay away."
"Incredibly sad that this didn't work out as a new family establishing care it is poorly run clinic (stop by and take a nice look around, it's not pleasant) that never is on time and by never I was a long with my child there 3 times. I was disappointed and not seen for the simple test I needed. I waited over 40 minutes. The last and final time I had to walk out because my son and I both had appointments at 2:00 and they still couldn't handle the demands of their schedule. If you level the schedule, you will not have to deal with this issue. You could actually help people like your signs all suggest you're trying to do. Instead of threatening charges. How about you schedule and follow your own policy for yourself. $65 appointment charge back to patients sounds about right. You'd probably have the incentive then to do right by the patients and actually see them on time. I'm assuming your heart's in the right place, but you absolutely need to do something about your scheduling and workflow processes."
"The doctors are excellent. Yes there can be a long wait, but if you schedule first thing in the morning they are more on schedule- they run behind because they take time to actually listen to their patients. Communicating through the patient portal is the best way to refill meds as opposed to calling. They are excellent."
