Dr. A takes the time to make sure my questions are answered. He is absolutely the best addition to your practice. Prior to his arrival l was frustrated every visit. I'm not sure what changes were made but it's a completely different experience. Keep the good energy going. Seniors are complex and need a little extra care. Dr. A. gives it 100% of the time. So does his nurse. Hold onto them."

"Before you even take action to making this center your primary, think again. They are HIGHLY unorganized. They will give you the run around about your prescriptions, appointments, medical records, etc! When you walk into this facility it is like a zoo! They have many patients coming in for their appointments but not enough seating for their patients, it’s chaotic in the waiting room! The Practice Manager is highly incompetent of her duties as a Manager, and should be fired if the center’s Director, Jessica cares to continue treating patients at their center. This Center’s housekeeping staff sprays chemicals, brooms, & mops the floor WHILE they have PATIENTS in the waiting room. Don’t bring your loved ones here. Believe the negative reviews, because they are true first impressions that you HIGHLY will come across at this center. Thinking about bringing up an issue that concerns you the most that’s been giving you unbearable pain, to one of their doctor? Their doctors will bluntly tell you, and I quote, “well I really don’t think this is a cause of concern and testing doesn’t seem to be necessary, take over the counter pain”. They do not make your concerns high priority. Stay away from any Dedicated Senior Medical Center, because this specific location will paint a pretty picture for all locations and how truly they represent the company."
