"Nice atmosphere inside Walgreens in corner of North Hiawassee Road and Clarcona Ocoee Road. This business must have been opened at least an year ago - i searched in the Google, it does not give the date it was opened. Nice atmosphere- pretty clean and nice...it looks more than a clinic- nice framework and design developed by them i did not get their names to add :) November 16-24th 2023...rather i talked on 22nd a day before Thanksgiving to the Great Ms. Kathy Outstanding customer service in Village Medical in North Hiawasee for Ms. Kathy - highly intelligent, efficient and great follow-up - rare to find people in todays world like that. Thanks to the manager Ms. Jhamiya to get the appointment so quickly and promptly - cannot say more words- Amazing. Thanks to you all plesae pass on and i have something related to corporate office i will write or find a way to send that too-sorry to be brutally honest, ethical and integrity. i believe in truth and facts by nature..working for Department of Navy please. In the Call center: Ms. Veronica and Ms. Mickey were really good compared to Adrian or other person 13 days ago. sorry to be brutally honest."

"I had an awful experience. Yesterday , I visited the MD Village located at 5601 N. Hiawassee Rd as a walk-in (as they take walk-in visits). When I told the receptionist that I wanted to be seen because I tested positive for covid with an at home kit, she immediately told me to wait outside of the medical clinic and refused to let me sit in the lobby masked (Note: I was wearing a KN95 mask). After a couple minutes, she came to the door and said they didn’t have any appointments available. I went online to find an appointment and there were at least 5 appointments available at their location for that day. I realized that the receptionist lied about the availability of appointments because she didn’t want me in there. I scheduled myself for an 11:40am appointment using their website. I told the receptionist I scheduled it and she said they still wouldn’t be able to see me. I then asked for a supervisor. The supervisor, named Ms. Wiggins, came to the door where they made me stand outside and also said I couldn’t be seen. I then asked to speak with a doctor. After a few minutes, Ms. Wiggins returned to the door and said the doctor said she will see you using the 11:40am appointment you made online, but we’re changing your in person visit to telemed. It’s awful that I had to fight to get medical care at a facility in my community that was designed to provide convenient urgent care."
