"Just a around doctor's office that is great to take the time to listen to what you have to say they don't cut you off when you're talking to them"

"This office is the worst I have bronchitis and laryngitis, call them to schedule an appointment. I was told that a telemedicine was scheduled and no one ever called me. I called the next day twice sent an email through their website and no called back. Worst medical practice, I am changing doctors, they obviously don’t care about their patients enough to call back."

"The worst medical practice I have ever experienced my life. I have been going to this practice for years and it has always been bad but it has gotten significantly worse. Shake an appointment you wait 3 hours. Finally get called in, they don’t even acknowledge your concerns or take a moment from their computer to give you an accurate diagnosis. One time I had an ear infection, the NP checked my ears and said my eardrum was bleeding. I proceeded to ask “is a bleeding eardrum a concern for future hearing loss”. Verbatim, this lady goes “your ear is bleeding?” Well…YOU told me it was. I still never got an answer to the question. My final straw was when I went to get my nose checked for a potential fracture. I throughly explained my symptoms, left nasal cavity having difficulty breathing, swollen nose, immense pain with nausea and a headache that has lasted since my incident that cause my nose to be fractured. She hardly looked from her computer screen to give me an accurate diagnosis. She was typing away at her computer screen probably looking on Google for diagnoses. (I could have done that myself.) she proceeds to tell me my nose is not broken, or fractured. She took none of my concerns seriously and sent me off with blood work. Nothing to do with my issue at hand. I can not stand this place. Don’t waste your time or your money."

"This is my 2nd time here an it’s like it just gets worse I set an appointment for 11 there is no reason for me to still be in any waiting room at 12pm I have kids to pick up from school at 1 not to mention i got here early for what also when they call to confirm they should make sure to tell you bring a mask and also if I tell you my insurance changed with out my knowledge an you say we still accept the new one. You should tell me to make sure to call before you come to have your pcp changed this place is horrible I will never come back"

"As a new patient it's always frustrating Filling out the initial paperwork. I would suggest that this gets sent to new patients ahead of their schedule to minimize this. Other than that the Staff was GREAT... Very polite, very professional and very accommodating. As for Dr. Skinner, well i wasn't expecting to see her as my appointment was with Dr. Concepcion. However there is an office policy that requires all new patients to first see Dr. Skinner. In short she was AMAZING. Very caring and knowledgeable. Sympathetic to my issues and offered allot of encouragement. This was my first visit to this office I sure hope they can live up to the standards they set with my first visit. :)"
