"WORST PLACE EVER ! If I could give a 0 for sure I will do it. This people need to learn how to have time management they had me waiting on the lobby for a hour after I even arrived 30 minutes earlier for my appointment . I will for sure not will Come back to this location . I don’t have their free time to be wasting mines like that"
"I recently had surgery by Dr.Thomas. Although I am still recovering, I am already noticing a significant improvement! I felt that Dr.Thomas relayed all of the information about my condition and the surgery clearly and concisely as well as advising me of my options. The staff was always couteous and helpful. I would recommend this group for anyone who has orthopedic issues!"
"I was told I had pars defect (not sure on spelling) with disc herniations, tears multiple levels, abnormal curvature of spine, 11 years ago. The pain is breathtaking, I loose my ability to walk for days, legs lock, I'm hunched over like im touching my toes, I did endless physical therapy and pain management. Im still doing spine rehab, I have also had injections, epidurals, and finally I give in and was even told by the doctor I work with ER to go get consult because my quality of life was deteriorating. I weighed 140lbs as an active athlete when this first started I'm now 210lbs I can barely walk and deformities are more visable. I scheduled my consult with Dr McCarthy waited over an hour and I'm pretty sure my lower lumbar images where never reviewed. When I asked why this would happen: they where too busy to properly review your images as the ones showing significant abnormalities are the last few images on your disc, and there is more than 100 images. Also fx shows better with previous CT not recent MRI. Long story short when it comes to your life & health care you want a thorough compassionate doctor to help get you stable. I was embarrassed as if I had to beg them to look at my images, I even explained to the staff that my bowel movents where irritating the area of inflammation caused by this and I was not strong enough to endure the pain, I was questioning if they mixed my images up with another patients? I think this is a clear indicator to wear my brace, ice my spine, rest, spine rehab, and consult with a real orthopedic specialist. I want long term results, not pain pills, and the steroids got my dexa scan looking like I'm 80 and my waiste like I'm pregnant. If I could give no star I would......"
