"I visited Dr. A by referral and I was not dissatisfied. The check in was fast and easy and the wait was not long. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Upon meeting Dr. A. He was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go beyond to help. I’ve had terrible sinus issues for over a decade and finally have relief! He also got out stubborn ear wax that was stuck in my ear. I really appreciate this office and their help. I will be back!"

"I found this ear nose and throat Center listed on my insurance company's website for approved providers. I failed to look at their reviews before I went to the office. When I call to get an appointment they said they would email me the forms that I needed in order to be seen by the doctor which they did. The quality of the forms look like something that have been photocopied hundreds of times and each new copy was made off of a photocopy of the one before it leading into a very low quality sheet for me to fill out. Some of the pages were difficult to read. When I got to the office I noticed that it was very out-of-date. Most of the furniture looked portable and like it came from Ikea. You can see from the two attached photos that the equipment looks pretty aged as does the waiting room. The staff was friendly enough but it seemed like the doctor did not listen to my concerns as much as tell me what he thought the issue was. I don't think I will be back to this office and we'll be finding a new ear nose and throat doctor. My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what you expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special and a 5 means you were blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing and a 1-star rating is terrible"

"Don’t waste your time and money here, they don’t really care about helping. I got out of there with little to no solutions.The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The wait wasn’t long but my low rating is for the main reason we go to see a specialist: the doctor did not listen to my concerns or even tried to find the cause of the issue. Dr Boger just told me what I already knew I had, and rushed me out. I won’t be back to this office and we'll be finding a new ENT doctor. Edited: I had the chance to go see another ENT doctor and the experience was way different. He listened to my concerns, provided great information and scheduled a follow up to try treatments."

"I went here for what I thought was a horrible ear infection or allergic reaction to something causing excessive ear wax/pain. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful, the wait was minimal. When I saw Dr. Boger he spent lots of time talking with me, going over my concerns and did a full exam. His diagnosis and prescription was right on point! It literally took less then 7 days for my condition to clear up and it cost me less then $40 to do it! Dr. Boger is super funny, a little quirky but I could clearly see that he really cares about his patients! You couldn't ask for a better physician!"

"I was having issues with my tonsils which I have had issues with stones, tonsillitis pretty much my whole life and I am in my mid 40s. My tonsils were swollen and would not ever go back to normal and it was annoying to swallow and pain around my neck and ears. I decided to go see Dr. Steehler who helped my wife with getting her off of nose spray. When I went in, the front desk was very welcoming. Since I was sent everything via email and filled everything out, I did not have to do anything. I was taken back about at my appointment time. Dr. Steehler took his time with me, went over my options, explained everything and we decided on surgery to remove them. He did not force me into a decision, but let ME make the decision. I was contacted the next day by his assistant who was very nice. We set the appointment and it was a nice turnaround time. I went in the day of surgery, and once again, I was taken back on time. I dealt with Vicki on the phone and met her in person and she was amazing. Melanie also was great. They had conversations and you can tell they care. I met the whole team prior to the surgery and all professional, comforting, and made me confident I was in good hands Coming out of surgery, once again, amazing people went over everything with me and my wife. After I went home, they called my a couple of times, I was not able to get to the phone and they sent me a letter which was great. I went to my post op and once again very professional and was taking back on time again. I was reluctant to go thru the surgery due to my age and hearing stories. Honestly, they made me feel confident in going through the surgery and I am very happy that I did. I know people have different experiences, but I wanted to give you mine. Hope this helps for you to make an inform decision if you are now in a situation that I was in."
