"I saw Genesis, the P.A. She was very equipped and knowledgeable to answer all of my questions. Very positive experience. Tiffany called me right in while I was still doing my paperwork. I wasn’t kept waiting long at all. Genesis made helpful suggestion and explained the results of my procedures making it very understandable. Great personnel. Sometimes it is difficult to get through on the phone but you will want to call back. I recommend this Office to take good care of you. And their Surgery Center is directly across from the office making it very convenient."

"Very unhappy with the scheduling this office does. We have jobs and important things in our lives that clearly are unimportant to Dr Baskar. We are just here for a follow up to bloodwork. That should not consume hours of our time. Very simple fix. For an educated person, you would think he could come up with a better system of seeing patients. Very disappointed…. Though I’m disgusted with the office wait times. I am not discounting the fact that he is a fantastic Dr."

"The office staff and Dr Baskar are amazing. The only issue was the wait time. My appointment this time was at 1 and I didn’t get back till 1:30. The prior appointment took over an hour from arrival to get to the back for the Dr visit. The patient load recently has been more busy, so it is understandable that there are longer wait times. The doctors and the staff are amazing."

"My appointment was for 3:45 and I arrived @3:30. I was FINALLY ushered into a room @6:00. Dr R arrived promptly and dealt with my situation in approximately 7 minutes. What is wrong with your scheduling system when your Dr is so great????????"

"When I went in to get my upper and lower GI or whatever they were doing. I told the guy that I had dislocated my shoulders 5 times and I forgot to tell him about my knees. I feel like I fell off the table I had a cut on my forehead and then the next day I could barely walk. I had to go get crutches. So I don't know what they did to me. But I had seen doctor guru a week or 2. Before this thing happened and was feeling good and my knees were feeling better. I paid out-of-pocket almost $700 for those shots and now they are ruined. Because of what happened in that room? I need to see the tape of what happened in that room. Why did I have a cut on my forehead? Why did my legs not work the next day? I think they dropped me or I fell off the table. I want to know what happened and if you don't pay for new shots from doctor guru for me. I will Sue you in court and I mean it. I want to see the procedure and I mean it a s a p"
