"My mom has knee problems and has been a patient for 2+ years, the doctors are great, no complaints there. She went for an appointment today 6/7/2023 in pain because she had a fall and a very, very rude staff member wanted to charge $30 for a no show appointment that supposedly happened in March 2022!! 1year and 3 months ago!! she has had numerous visits after that date with no issues and she was never ever informed about it, even when they called to confirm appointments Or when I scheduled her appointments. Our biggest issue is the way she was treated, I even talk to the “lady” on the phone as I am who takes care of my mom’s appointments, etc… in her words “I am not explaining everything to you again, pay or leave” RUDE! My mom told her she was leaving in a nice way as that is how we are, she said “your decision” trying to save her herself of responsability. No one should be treated this way, it wasn’t about the money as even if the no show was real, it’s the attitude. Lost a patient today, kindness and patience goes a long way specially with seniors."

"This is the most incompetent doctors office that I have been to and I’ve been to several over the last couple years they are almost impossible to get through to they are very rude they’re only money oriented. They canceled two appointments on me they rescheduled the second one without me even given permission for that date I tried for two days to get through to them to cancel it I spent hours on the phone trying to achieve this without success I turn around six months later and get a bill for a no-show appointment fee I tried to contact them telling them that I never agreed to disappointment I called and tried to cancel it I was told don’t worry about the bill that’ll be taken care of again I held onto it knowing how dysfunctional they are called back a couple months later it was not taken care of so now it’s even more delinquent in their system and they are telling me that it’s my Responsibility to show them that I called in to cancel the appointment how many people have they done this to they wait six months to even send out an invoice for this Alleged missed appointment. I have an almost perfect credit score and they are going to send it collections over something that they did and didn’t even make themselves available for a phone call to try to clarify and clear it up then when I finally do get through to them they’re so rude and so unconcerned about the patient state of mind and well-being all they want is their money stay away from this doctor stay away run fast far far away"

"Dr Hill showed no interest in my 3 broken fingers. His therapists are fantastic. But after almost 3 months my fingers are no better. I can't bend them to a closed fist and cannot straighten them to put a ring on."

"This is the second child I have had to bring here to get checked out for something and the same problems that we had a few years back with the first one still persist today. Overall the doctor does a really good job and comes across as a really nice guy. We have actually now met multiple people in the practice who seem really great and really care about the work they do. The biggest problem we have is with communication. I'm forever trying to get a hold of them and can't get an answer and leave messages and no one calls me back. It's not always easy to stop in to talk to someone every time there's something that needs to be conveyed. We continue to go because we do get good service in the end and they are conveniently located. On this most recent visit everything went extremely well and we learned about some new things that we have to have checked out on my child which will involve more appointments here with other doctors and an MRI."
