"Very easy to complete. The reception girls helped me with my paperwork. The Dr that renewed me made me feel very comfortable. There was a little delay on my info coming up on his computer so he made a few jokes then played me an eagles song on his guitar that he had in his office. Hope to see the same Dr in 7 months so I can see how his guitar playing is developing."
