"I've been seeing Gina Hall-Ingalls as my primary care provider for almost 5 years. At first my visits were just regular check-ups, but in the last 2-3 years, I have needed her help addressing some new and chronic health conditions. Gina takes all of my concerns seriously, spends as much time as needed to fully understand the issues, and works with me to find the best medical solutions. Gina's office treats her patients as if they were part of her family and I always feel like they take an interest in my concerns. Although Gina is a nurse practitioner and not a doctor, she can offer all the services a doctor can provide except for prescribing narcotics. "Horrible place to go. She was totally cold, totally uncaring and unable to listen to my needs. She doesn't seem to have any/much empathy for people with panic or anxiety disorders and she basically triggered a ptsd episode in me within 5 mins of meeting her. I had to excuse myself and leave. Never had an attitude like that from any physician before. Her inability to listen or show compassion is more than apparent."

"Both staff and especially Dr Gina are extremely attentive to all of your medical needs, friendly, and genuinely care about her patience. I highly recommend her to anyone who is wanting the best of medical care with a heart of gold. Sometimes a little too percautious but better that than someone that thinks it's all in your head or thinks your crazy. I miss her dearly. Wish I could have taken her with me to Michigan."

"We moved from Alabama in 2016. My husband has had serious health issues. At no time have we ever received inadequate care. Although Gina may be a NP and not a physician, you know that when you go in. If you don't and schedule anyway, that's on you, not the staff. We have always been treated with respect, care and professionalism. If at any time that we have questions that may be outside of her scope or she is just wanting confirmation we are always referred to and seen by a Doctor. My whole family goes to Gina. And Brandi is seriously a multi tasking genius. If you are in need of extra special attention, get a goldfish."

"Got a run around for first appointment. Finally got my first appointment and then waited 30 minutes in the waiting room and then another hour in the patient room. Saw the nurse for 10 minutes then the doctor for 2 minutes. The lady Brandi in the front is the worst Horrible service. Two other nurses were very nice don't know they're names. Blonde hair and reddish hair. They made the experience better, but other than that worst place. Go somewhere else. The doctor seemed nice to but I only saw her for 2 minutes so don't have much to say about her."
