"Horrible place. Waited over an hour past my appointment time for an MRI. They collected my insurance promptly, my co-pay promptly, but I had to wait over an hr. Appoint was at 9:45 a.m. and by 10:45 a.m. I was till not seen. The manager had an attitude and said sorry, we doubled booked people in front of you. And they refuse to even give a partial credit. Avoid this place"

"My mom was the patient and she was treated so well. The tech who did the X-ray was quick and spoke loudly so my mom could hear. She was great. The reception person was very accommodating. I went earlier in the day and had everything arranged so my mom would not have to wait long. The whole experience was great. My mom has dementia and is often difficult to deal with. This visit was smooth and that is exactly what a dementia patient needs."

"Directed to this facility by primary physician. Made phone call within one hour after leaving primary Doc and was taken in within 20 minutes of the call for a knee X-ray. Completed within five minutes and out the door. Huge thanks and kudos for the efficiencies of both medical teams. Outstandingly good staffs. Best turn around service to date. Thank you very much."
