"I was a new patient calling in to make a appointment for me and and my wife who also was a new patient calling them for the first time I told the lady person on the phone that dr yee is are new pcp as stated on our insurance card and ask for my info and then I explained I just had 5 th backsurgery and before I could say another word she turn rude and said dr yee does not do any what so ever referrals to pain care and I said looks like a new pcp in order she said you do that and hung up I field a complaint with insurance company they sent me a letter saying dr yee office has no record of the call what a crock of %%%% I am going to file another complaint and have my insurance company ask them directly if they do referrals to pain care they are a doctor office.thing is they don't know anything about.me or my heath issues they lost.two patients in 5 minutes"

"I have never met Dr. Yee in person, only video calls. I saw her PA in person once. I am a type 1 diabetic with some health issues. I feel she is not very efficient or caring. I switched to new Dr. recently who actually met with me, listened and has sent me for testing. Dr. Yee and her staff never get back to you when you leave a message, it's hard to get refills and getting a referral can take months with repeated calls asking for them. If I would have left no stars I would have. I feel she only caters to the patients that buy into her concierge service. Save yourself time and go elsewhere!"
