"The wait in the waiting room wasn't that long. And then once they took you in the back, the wait to see the Doctor wasn't that long and then it was over. It was my first time there. It was ok will recommend a family a friend to go there. If I get sick again I will go there if I'm in the neighborhood."

"It Took a long time to be seen, but when it was my turn, the nurse and doctor listened, cared and spent the time needed with me. So I understand why I had to wait. They explained what they were doing and Made sure I understood the options for treatment. Being from another State, it sure was helpful. I would go back if needed."

"Dr. and staff were excellent. We are flying home to Maryland tomorrow and both ended up with congestion, cough, headache and feeling run down. They treated us with kindness and respect even though today was an early day for them. We never felt rushed or as if we were an inconvenience. Visiting our son and DIL that recently moved to this area and definitely would come back if necessary."

"My experience overall was great except at the front desk. I over heard the "receptionist" saying that she's filling in and she doesn't know what she's doing, understood, but I'm pretty sure she didn't forget how to be welcoming, kind and courteous. She's a nurse for crying out loud, in that profession you learn how to multitask. Anywho, she was snippy, and had some sly remarks when I tried to get the ball rolling. She had me standing there while she helped the guy who comes for the deposit (he showed up after me by the way). She didn't even excuse herself or let me know what was going on. That's when I became irritated and asked her for whatever paperwork that I needed to complete while she rudely did what she was doing. She told me hold on I'm doing something, DUUUH, I can clearly see that. Just give me the sheet of paper ( because there's always one) while I wait. This is just one of many incidents, other than that, my experience after her was excellent. The nurse who took my daughter and I to the back was awesome and the doctor took."

"The front desk lady was extremely rude to me and my family whenever we had questions even though we were the only people in the waiting room. However the medical staff was nice and attentive. Could be better though. I ended up going to another urgent care facility the next day and received a more comprehensive care over there."
