"UPDATE: its August 4th and Publix pharmacy still has not heard a peep from "DOCTOR TODAY URGENT CLINIC" for urgently needed antibiotics, August 3rd, 10am they charged me $150 for "Doctor" to assess me in under 5 minutes flat. 9 hours later Publix never received the prescriptions I need. Went to Publix to get meds and Publix tells me they didn't receive the prescription yet. And this was 2 hours after appointment. They're criminals just taking advantage of undocumented workers barely scraping by. Wish I would of read the reviews first, b/c I would've drove further. The free health clinic was all booked up and they recommended me to Doctor Today. DoctorToday in Haines City Florida took $150 from me but won't send antibiotics prescription to Publix, if I end up having to get my leg amputated I'm gonna sue. You think, click the send button right? Five minutes was how long doctor diagnosed me, whole time was punching computer buttons, wasnt listening to me when I was telling her my situation. Wham Bham she told me I can leave. So I ask for the prescription slips, she right in front of the computer and says I'm sending them straight to your pharmacy. 4HOURS LATER NOTHING!!"

"Doctor today located in Winter Haven has five hundred dollars between my account and my husbands account. They told us to pay the full amount and they were supposed to reimburse us later. I called followed everything by the book and return I was told that they see the money in our account but, the supervisor has to do an full investigation it’s been a year now. The doctor was okay but he acted as if it made him mad but he did nothing. These half doctor office are just out to Rob you and put you on unwanted medication. That will one day give you a serious health problem. Thank God we didn’t end up on medication but, we did lose a good amount of spending money. $500.00 is a lot you asking me $1.00 is a lot if it’s mine and not theirs. I see no hope in doctor today offices you don’t need to get it together just shut down..."

"I have 3 stars just to leave a comment. Appointment is tomorrow. I called the number once got answered immediately. It is not a direct line it is basically a scheduling center. But they set an appointment up immediately no problem what's so ever. I will update rating and comment tomorrow after the visit."
