"Poor lack of practice. This doctor is unprofessional and very rude. It took me a week to get a hold of them to make an appointment. He humiliated me in front of my daughter. I been battling high blood pressure for the past 14 years and been on meds for it since I was diagnosed with it. Not once did he ask me about my health history nor asked me about my previous doctors. He quickly walked in saying that my medical issues was from my weight and he was gonna make a lot of changes with my meds. I clearly told him I suffered from high blood pressure and I had kidney failure in my past.... I thought "oh no I need my blood pressure meds". I told him I do watch what I eat, I take my meds like I'm supposed to and I stay away from any foods that can make me sick. He spoke over me and kept being rude and said I needed to loose 20-30 pounds..he kept saying it like if I was really over weight, mind you my current weight is 186 and I'm 5'5. He said "your only gonna take 2 of the meds that your taking and the rest your gonna stop taking. I was in complete shock. I quickly said oh no your not gonna take my meds cause my body depends on my blood pressure meds and that can cause me to be very ill. I brought up to his attention that my friend had passed away from the same condition but she had diabetes. He said" and your next"! I got upset and told him who was he to say that when he didn't mention to see any health records nor didn't have any interest into asking any information about my health. I got up and told him by the way I'll find another doctor that can care for me better. If he had done his research he would've seen that I was in ICU for a month nearly dieing on dialysis and plasma....he also bashed me on saying that I had 2 herniated disc cause of my weight. He's not a doctor he's more like a weight loss program jerk. Did I mention that I had hospital release form and he didn't even take a look at the papers. Overall I ended up find a great doctor that checked my medical papers and quickly did her job as a doctor should. If your health is Rocky then he's not the type of doctor you should go to, he will bash you and laugh in your face. What doctor does that???"

"They are the WORST OF THE WORST, Doctor Jaime Jorge Flores has no professionalism at all. I am a patient of moderate Lupus, I take oral chemotherapy, medications for severe tachycardia and the Doctor did not send me the order for my heart medication to be dispensed. I have called the Poinciana offices 20 times in a two-hour period and left a message without receiving any response. I have called the Haines City offices 9 times and I did not receive a response, after so many calls I spoke with Doctor Flores and he hung up the phone on me."
