"Just rude. Don't care about you yourself. Meets you for a few minutes then relabels you even though many docs threw your life have given you the same label and meds for over 30 years he just takes your meds away and gives you meds that you shouldn't even be on . Doesn't lisin to anything you have to say."

"Never have I ever felt so verbally assaulted or not listened to. This dr has no bedside manners nor does he let you finish a sentence. This is the first time in 25 years I’ve ever felt this way about a doctor or a therapist in the years I’ve been in care under a professional."

"I like this office. I see Dr. Ungson every month to monitor medications and my progress. He communicates with my therapist and also offers a gene dna testing (that I think my insurance covered as I didn’t have to pay anything) for mental health medications. The test is a mouth swab and it tells you which medications work best for you, and which ones that aren’t favorable to you. This has helped greatly in my mental health recovery. He is difficult to understand though, he talks fast, has a thick accent and wears a mask so it’s just more difficult. But that does not discourage me from seeing him as I am doing and feeling the best I have in almost 8 years. Any confusion I may have after talking with him, I just have his staff up front explain everything to me. That’s what they are there for. His nurse Ludie (I may have spelled that wrong) will answer any and all questions- I’ve actually called her like 4 times in one day before because I was having an issue and she was so patient with me and answered all my questions, even the ones I asked repeatedly. Yes, there is an accent barrier but with patience on my behalf, I am reaping the benefits from Dr. Ungson and his staff. I am happy with their services"
