"My experience with Lake Centre for Rehab (LCR) was excellent! From booking my first appointment to my last physical therapy session my interactions with everyone were great. The front desk staff is courteous, professional and well organized, the phone call reminder a few days prior to each appointment was helpful. My sessions with Aneesh were usually scheduled first thing (8:00 AM) in the morning and started on time. I was referred to LCR for low back issues that I have struggled with most of my adult life even though I am a healthy and very active 70 year old. Aneesh quickly evaluated me and we promptly began a therapy program that started with stretching exercises (that I knew that I should do but had no direction). He gave me his card with contact information and encouraged me to ping him with any questions. I am a motivated client, so a weekly session schedule worked best for me. Aneesh debriefed me first thing during each session and was understanding and encouraging while fine tuning my movements. I honestly felt better after the first week of exercises, but Aneesh kept adding exercises each week to create a doable routine that didn't require a gym or special equipment. After 8 sessions (5 back focused and 3 for arthritic shoulders) we agreed that we had reached a good stopping point even though I was approved for 12 overall. I strongly recommend Aneesh and his team if you need physical therapy for a chronic condition or recovery from surgery or accident."

"I worked with Filamae for my pelvic therapy and she was excellent. Fortunately, I had made very good progress post-operatively but was not 100% satisfied. She immediately recognized that I had advanced fairly well and was able to tailor specific, more advanced, exercises to assist me in my final rehabilitation. She was professional and pleasant to deal with and very competent. I highly recommend her and Lake Center for pelvic floor physical therapy."

"I cannot say enough great things about LCR. I had shoulder pain for close to a year. I went to 7 different doctors and was diagnosed with 6 different problems. It took Aneesh about 15 minutes to figure out what was wrong. He asked several questions, examined my shoulder and then patiently explained what was wrong and how we were going to fix it. "The therapy staff at Lake Center for rehab was terrific. I went in there with severe pain in my neck and head, and they were able to help me learn techniques to improve my ability to relieve the tightness that was causing my pains. They not only gave me many stretches and exercises to do, but they clearly explained the reason for each exercise and how to do it properly. Aneesh was very knowledgeable about his area of expertise and was able to share that knowledge effectively with me Shawn was very helpful in teaching me the correct way to do my stretches. "Lake Centre for Rehab is great! My entire experience was really positive and rewarding! My therapist was Lynne and there is not enough wonderful things I can say about her! We got along really well which made sessions more enjoyable and comfortable. I left each session feeling like I was making progress! She was great at explaining and showing me what I needed to do for lymphedema and why it would help! She taught me what I can do to maintain the progress we made! Lynne became more than just my therapist- she became a friend! I am happy to have gotten to know Lynne!"
