"Went to the wrong location 15 mins early, called the correct office to let them know I'd be running late. I was told they refused to see me, 7 mins before my appointment time because I was not 30 mins early. Wow, never had a doctor's office request 30 mins early, which they do not tell you at the time you set up the appointment. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Terrible attitude from the staff when I apologized for being late."
