"On one occasion last year, I had an appointment scheduled for 8am and wasn't pulled into the room to see the doctor till almost 1pm. This place is understaffed and not accommodating. Also called today to schedule an appointment just to find out upon arrival that they changed insurance details/coverages and were no longer authorized to see my son. I was told to call the insurance company and switch things around or pay out of pocket. Why didn't the employee taking the phone call and scheduling the appointment ask questions? Why didn't she confirm the insurance or coverage changes with me prio to me wasting gas and time to drive out? Employees here need to be more helpful! It only takes a few seconds to confirm insurance coverage with the patient, any changes they may have had to there systems or to inform the patient that they are no longer authorized to see the patient. I'm changing doctors asap. I'm tired of it always being something new when I come."

"Dr Ice is amazing and helped heal me so I want to counter the comment left by the previous post. She is the only Doctor I trust. Update: the Front Office staff seems to have an attitude about being open at times convenient for customers (Saturday). Even with an appointment, they will make you wait for hours. Do they know what its like to be sick? Because they have no compassion for people's time."

"I went for a physical and it was a disaster I never got my forms filled out and they would not give me a receipt of my visit said I need to come back.very weird place. I ended up getting a different Dr at a different place help me ,but I'm going today to demand my money back I never got what I went in for a signed form for the physical nor a receipt. Never will I recommend this place. Update went down today to get the proofs of the physical well the papers are not transcribed still could be 2 weeks I need this for a job and I'm delayed 2 weeks for a forn 3 of my friends had gotten same day 3 weeks ago. I feel like this is all games. I'd like to know who over see the facility because they are a joke. I have gotten plenty of physicals and walked out with what I need same day. Be careful ask questions before they service you I an going to ask for a refund because I did not receive the forms I need Update still no responses from this facility I call continuously to ask why and I dont get a definite response. I would not recommend"

"I needed a RX for my dexcom.I saw Dr. Ice and she said she would get it to the medical supply within 24 hours. I called daily and no RX. After 3 weeks of calling I saw Mike the rudest man ever and he promised me it would be taken care of In 24 hours. I continued calling going up there and it was 16weeks before my R x was a6thvailable. Monday I had to go for a surgery clearance and was promised that I would have it by Tuesday and it's Friday and I still don't have it. My surgery had to be rescheduled because of this useless bunch of losers!! Shirley Ice you and your practice are fired!! You and your staff are a joke!! You and your staff screwed me!! You don't care about anything but money. This place is a joke!! Run!!!!"

"Honestly, this place is a joke. Made me switch my provider from my Medicaid just to be seen and now I am at my follow up appointment with them and have had to wait HOURS to be seen. This place is utterly unorganized. Their sign says they prioritize “appointments and emergencies” over their walk ins and that’s a LIE. Don’t waste your time here. Plan to be here all day even if you have an “appointment” considering it means NOTHING to them. When you ask the front desk about the wait time they laugh like it’s funny and trash talk to each other that you’ve been waiting so long. Disgusting. Unorganized. Do not recommend."
