"I called take sure they were open on a Sunday (Google said closed). They are open on Sunday. Sonja answered and confirmed they were ready to serve. Checkin was very brief since I had been before. The PA on duty was Jessica. The wait was very brief. She checked me out and created a prescription to help me manage Covid. The office and treatment room was clean, tidy comfortable. I am always pleasantly surprised how 'comfortable' it is to get healthcare at this location. Thanks 441 !"

"I would give them a negative rating if possible but you have to mark at least one star. My fiancé took me there yesterday due to a severe allergic reaction. I had broken out in hives and was experiencing numbness in my lips and jaw, turned bright red all over and covered in whelps. Slight breathing distress. The receptionist was more concerned with her phone call when we walked in the office. My fiancé told her what I was experiencing and she was more concerned about the paperwork than my current condition. When my fiancé told her she wanted to speak with the doctor after we were told that the doctor said we needed to call 911. When the Doctor came out to the window about 4 feet away. He said he doesn’t appear to be in distress at this time if it gets worse call 911. Basically they refused to treat me. Very unprofessional!!! I wouldn’t take a pet to be treated here. We left there and went to Ocala Trailwinds local ER where I was placed on an IV and treated for the allergic reaction. They could not believe that I was not treated at Urgent Care."

"I have been to this Urgent care center three or four times in the past couple of years and was very impressed with how I was taken care of, My neighbor uses them, and very happy. I did not have to wait more than five minutes, but lets face it, if the are busy they are busy, you just have to wait."

"I have been to this urgent care twice now and both times I was seen within 5 of walking in, and Dr. Adam is amazing! He actually cares about you as a patient and makes sure you can get x-rays next door immediately if you need them. He is very friendly and will answer any and all questions you might have. I drive past an er and another urgent care to come here and it is worth it."

"Our daughter (14 months) looked like she might have broken her foot. The front desk representative was incredible and calm. Dr. Adam saw us right away and got us schedule for an x-ray immediately. Within 20 minutes we had the x-ray and results reviewed. We felt very cared for. Dr. Adam is always so calm, caring, and personable. We are beyond grateful for him and will never bother with an ER or hospital if we are able to go to him first!"
