"UPDATED: Third time visiting Lake Medical. Making the appointment was simple, registration/check in was quick and easy and all staff from start to finish were excellent. Had barely finished changing out of my clothes when called me back for the mammogram and basically the same for the bone density scan. My second appointment was supposed to be at 1:30 pm and was out the door by 1:25 pm for both. Highly recommend this practice. UPDATED: Check in was very easy as long as you have your cell phone with you to direct you along the way. Verified my information and texted when it was time to go back. The tech was great as she gave clear directions, was very personable and made it as easy as possible. Arrived early and was done within 10 minutes of my appointment time. PRIOR: Did not have a negative experience like other reviewers noted. There was a slight issue with the scheduling of the appointment. The front office staff addressed the issue quickly, was in the back in less than 10 minutes and seen five minutes later. The tech was excellent - sorry I did not get her name - as she explained what was she doing and why. And this was the “least painful” mammogram to date."

"The most painful mammogram I've ever experienced with a tech that couldn't care less. When I indicated it was hurting, she just said I should take some Tylenol beforehand next time. 4 days later and I'm still in pain. Never getting a mammogram done again."

"This choice is very clear. Clean, luxurious, beautiful, with courteous and attentive care givers to deal with. I drove from Orlando to get this CT scan test done due to convenient scheduling for me. Glad it worked the way it did, because I am willing to drive this long to avoid Simon med and other sardine packed places, with personnel who could care less about their customers, let alone the double billing problems I've had with other places. "Firstly, my GPS did not register the address, so I called their office for directions. They were very compliant and gave me great directions that were easy to follow. When I got there the line was small and it went very quickly. After registering, I sat for about 5 minutes until I was called back to have my echocardiogram done. The girl who did it was very polite and knowledgeable. It took about 25 minutes and the time flew because of our conversation. After that I was escorted to Xray where I needed to have my left hip done. With all of these items I needed, I was out the door in less than an hour. I am extremely please with this facility."
