"I went to Vizavee Urgent care on a Sunday morning around 8:30am for a slf diagnosed UTI. Staff was pleasant, efficient and courteous. After a normal time for check in, I was immediately sent to exam room and vitals were checked specimen taken and medical history recorded.. Within 3 minute 3 minutes I saw a Nurse Practioner, diagnosed, Rx sent, and on my way. All in about 45 minutes. Excellent care."
"We have used this office at least 5 times and were very happy. However, today at 4 my husband went in with an very swollen and painful knee. The officiate staff must have been having a private party, because that was certainly the only excuse for the laughing and unprofessional attitudes. After a few minutes of being ignored he asked if anyone was there to help those who were there for medical care, or if he should go somewhere else. The office staff told him he should go somewhere else. Now this man does not yell or act rude to workers - so to be treated so rudely is absolutely absurd! I will be reaching out to the managers of this office and expressing my absolute disgust. I hope these girls are fired! He went to this office for help - how could anyone in the medical profession be so disrespectful?"
