NP Montini was professional and very knowledgeable about this process while also catching an ear infection! She sent over the prescription to CVS next door and we were good to go right after. If you need a quick and effective walk in clinic, this is your place."

"I came here with throat pain and the nurse and doctor said it looks like strep throat, so they treated me as such without testing me. The antibiotics did not work, I got tested for strep/mono somewhere else and was negative. Treating me as strep without testing me lead to several more weeks of pain on my trip to see family, until I could go home for proper treatment."

"I came here with a decent gash to my head feeling fine but in a hurry to get here forgot my wallet. I was turned away even after presenting a photo of my ID and telling them I could provide my insurance information but not a physical card. They also told me I should go to an ER because I would need a CT scan. I told them I didn’t think that was necessary. I felt fine and would know if I had a concussion. When I went to the ER they had little to no concern about doing a CT scan or concussion. They asked me one question about concussion symptoms and when I said no they didn’t pursue any further. In my opinion the staff should be further educated. I will be sure to avoid this place in any further incidents and make my friends and family aware to stay clear of this place as well."

"My experience with this Urgent Care facility was nothing less than exemplary. I had an awful time next store at CVS Minute Clinic, and left there exasperated. At 3 minutes before closing I walked into VIZAVEE and was greeted warmly with a “most certainly we’ll see you at closing time”. They actually continued to check in patients even after I was through with my thorough and productive exam. I am a veteran. I found this clinic through the Mission Act. The doctor is most kind, informative, and gentle. I will recommend this facility to anyone in need of urgent services. Beth M"
