"They have a scheduling problem at Eustis at The Villages. Every single appointment I make they call back day of and ask me to reschedule it due to a various issue. Then they are rude about it when you tell them no."

"This place is a TOTAL RIP OFF. I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran. Thay OVERCHARGE the V.A. when you sign for the bill you don't get the final page with the price unless you ask for it."

"Horrible service. Takes weeks to get an appointment, Takes weeks to get orthotics made. My orthotics needed a modification. More weeks. Orthotics lost on the process. Many phone calls not returned or no promised follow-up, I went to the clinic today after another promised call with a status update didn’t happen. Finally, they searched their shelves and found that my orthotics were there...delivered weeks before. I was handed my orthotics and sent on my way, only to realize later that they need now to be fitted again for my shoes. Another appointment... I went to this clinic because it is the one the VA referred me to. Don’t go there if you don’t have to.."

"Love coming here hardly no wait and the gentleman (cant remember his name right now) is always pleasant and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the shoes wish more people was like him in my other doctors offices and clinics"

"This is the worst place l had ever experienced. It took them 6 weeks to make a appointment for me. When l showed up for my appointment, they asked me 3 questions and said l will have to order to the hernia belts. My second appointment was made and they had to reschedule because the belt was not in yet. Imagine it is 2.5 months now. I guess they didn't have the belt at planet of Mars so they had to try some other planet. I never went back and l will never go back. I hope they didn't charge VA to much because to me this is a sorry place. Ron. Hoch."
