"They refuse to prescribe medication that actually helps and every time I have a procedure I leave with the veins on my hands blown out and bruised from inexperienced placement."
"I have chronic pain,, I thought my life was pretty much over, until Dr Hassan began treatment with a back stimulator and pain meds. I couldn't be more pleased with his compassion and great bedside manner. I give him a five star rating.,,Thank You to You Dr. Hassan."
"This office is ridiculous and not interested in helping with pain at all. I've jumped through their hoops and still in excruciating pain. They make you feel bad for wanting help even though I had a steroid injection and Psy evaluation. The injection made the pain worse and I was given a mild pain medication to take 3 times daily. I have an appointment on this Thursday to follow up on injection and that's what I did on 2/14 appointment. Do not waste your time here because they don't care about your suffering. Another example of this office not caring is a phone call I received today, telling me I owe $162 (balance of injection) to be paid tomorrow at my appointment. The day before they tell you instead of billing me. It's always something here. I'm contacting the BBB"
"Started there because of the PA that moved there after her office (NPI) closed. She left a few months later and they told me they never got my old records & I had to get an MRI. Unfortunately I am EXTREMELY claustrophobic. Even most "open" ones freak me out. I tried finding a really open one where you sit up but it was 100 miles away. They said they wouldn't see me any longer. I've been on pain meds for 18 years (early 2005). Last time I went thru withdrawal I was in the hospital for 10 days"
"I wanted to switch from Pain Management in Pinellas to the New Port Richey Florida Medical Pain Management group now that I work from home to save travel and distance time. Dr Harshini Dhananjay was excellent; however, the woman that processes prior authorizations was extrememly rude, harsh and degrading to me. She also lied and said the Dr was not available to speak to when the Dr did call me right back. She also said I couldn't make an appointment with the Dr and I was in tears. I have obtained a neurologist Dr notes that this Prior Auth woman wanted and it has been faxed to her, and I have been calling, leaving messages, and left two messages via their portal and requested someone else process it and contact me because I do not want this woman talking down to me again. I have received no call back, no voicemail and no email and I believe I've actually been "ghosted". This woman has no place dealing with patients and there is no recourse the fact that I am being denied access to care. I am going back to Pinellas to get care. Unless they get rid of that woman, almost all medications require a prior authorization now, and unless you want to be talked to like a dog and ignored, stay away from this facility. They also let the phone ring and ring and ring on some days with no answering service. If you submit requests through the web form, you will never get a email reply. Ever. The worst thing about this is it's just a prescription for lidocaine patches - not even pills, I'm not even on any kind of opiate or anything. I can't afford over the counter 4% box of 5 for 20 dollars that don't even work when I can get a box of 30 5% for 10 dollars that do work and I need two across my back and shoulders. All because of this vindictive horrible woman who talked over me, wouldn't let me speak, wouldn't let me talk to the doctor, wouldn't explain what I needed, was harsh, rude and horrible and talked down to me. All because of her I am being denied care and now have to go back to my other pain management clinic GLADLY so stay away from this place. How horrible it is for this woman who processes the Prior Authorizations to know that she's refusing to help someone in pain all because she's a heartless callous person."
