"My wife and I recently moved to the area and I was referred to Dr. Ben Lambright by my Primary Care Physician. I want to let anyone looking for Absolute Excellence in an Opthamologist, know that the West Coast Eye group and Dr Lambright is the choice for you!. The Technician that preformed my initial eye exam was very courteous and efficient. She explained ,very clearly, every thing she was going to do and was very patient during the entire process. Dr. Lambright was outstanding in every aspect during his examination. He took great care to ensure that I understood everything he found during his exam. Both my wife and I could not have been move pleased with having Dr. Lambright as the Physician who would take care of our vision issues. He made us very comfortable and we never felt that we were rushed to complete the exams. He explained everything he found about our vision issues and if we had questions about the exam, he did a thorough job of completely explaining the issue. In my opinion, Dr. Lambright is one of the finest Opthamologists I have ever come in contact with. Dr. E. Lane"

"VERY POOR customer relations! My mother who is 81 years old has COPD, diminished lung capacity, bad heart, and is on oxygen most of the time. So given all of that just walking short distances she gets out of breath and starts coughing with her mouth covered by a Kleenex. I understand that could cause concern for some HOWEVER, when you tell the RUDE receptionist that she has this and then they still ask her to put a mask on so she really can’t breath and she tells them again and the woman said well you have oxygen on and I can reschedule you if you want, I did say well that does NOT cure COPD! She will still have it when she comes back! I wanted to say much more to her and her office manager who didn’t even come out of her cubby hole right around the corner, just called on the phone and stood in the doorway watching as she put the mask on! But because my mom needed to see doctor Lambright I kept my mouth shut from saying anything further! I would NEVER recommend this place because of the rude receptionist and her boss! The nurse and the doctor were great with her! The office people could learn a thing or two from them on how to treat people.Older people who have these kind of issues deserve a little more compassion, understanding, and RESPECT when speaking to them! Not everyone has covid or the flu or whatever else you may think! First impressions sometimes do more harm than good! Have some compassion in your front office as well as the exam areas in the back. I am glad I don’t live here and have to take her to this place just when I am visiting."

"Have been seeing Dr. Lambright now for 7 years. Was new to the area, and needed to see an eye doctor. When I called to schedule I was asked questions about any issues I was having and the staff member scheduled me with Dr. Lambright. It was the best decision the staff member could have made for me. Come to find out I have an inherited cornea disease, and Dr. Lambright is one of only a few highly qualified cornea doctors here in Florida. Totally satisfied with the doctor, staff and the whole office. Highly recommend them to anyone."
