"Dr. S. Kaufman is great. Have seen him several times, because of so many problems with my feet. I recommend him for anyone that is having any problems. My feet are pain free after many year of severe pain. I gave his name to a friend of mine that has been to other doctors and she was always unhappy. She went to see Dr. S. Kaufman and on the 1st visit he fixed the problem and she was very happy with the out come. She said she'll go back to him again if she has anymore problems."

"I have never been so disrespected and so mistreated by a doctor. I would give him 0 stars if I could. I went to this office to obtain PT care after my primary care doctor forwarded the script to this office and the office told me I needed to see one of the doctors there first; they set me up with him. Hirsch came in to the appointment with raised voice, immediately belittling me, asking what I was there for, how he couldn't help me, and kept asking me what it was I wanted.He made me feel unworthy of being in his presence. I was stunned into silence and if not for the PT script would have walked out. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone; he fails in TOI's first responsibility to a patient: "A patient has the right to be treated with courtesy and respect, with appreciation of his or her individual dignity." All this man had to do was talk to his staff to find out why I made the appointment. Thank goodness my husband was there with me to witness this, and speak up because I was so overwhelmed and confused by this man's horrific attitude I could not. Both of us left the office in shock at his horrible treatment of me."
"I have had no issues with Citrus Orthopedics. Most of the time I have arrived early for my appointment and usually I am in and out before my actual appointment time. Everyone is friendly yet very professional. My doctor, Dr. Hirsch has always been very caring, kind, and again, very professional. He has always explained things to me to where I would understand them."
