"I just recently started coming here for my heart condition which I am assigned to Dr. Bryon. I decided to check this place out because I wasn't happy with my previous Doctor. So far I am absolutely convinced that coming here was one of the best decisions I have made in life. It is evident to me that everyone in the front office has good vibes which I really appreciate. However. There's 2 individuals that really stand out and should be recognized for their exceptional service. They both had separate duties to perform which exemplified a very high standard of excellence in the manner of working and communicating with me. But before I reveal who these 2 people are, I must apologize for not remembering the name of one of them. I am sorry for not remembering the name of the lady who did most of the prep procedures. She was great! But I do remember Angela. She was equally awesome!! These two individuals basically has made my mind-up for me inspite the fact that I haven seen Dr. Byron yet. Actually I just got a call from the front office to remind me that my next scheduled visit is tomorrow at 10:AM seems to me everyone here is on the ball."

"Run away! They only let us see the PA and we had very bad reaction to medication. Never saw a doctor once in the 3 months we were patients, even though it was requested. Receptionist returns all calls for the PA and tells us to use “trial and error” to wean off the medication. This is a dangerous place. Do not trust your well-being to them. We are going somewhere else and hoping nothing bad happens in the interim."

"Extremally rude front desk ladies'. I try having a simple conversation with them over the phone about my appointment coming up and i tried getting more info about it and if there was anything i needed to bring and then keeps interrupting me and hung up. for some reason rescheduled me with no options for time and day. The worst "help" I ever had."

"Very thorough for procedure but when the procedure showed some disturbing findings I called to ask them a question and didn’t want to wait 2 weeks for follow up visit. Admin said they’d call back and I waited in all day. No one returned my call. Not nice. Might have to look elsewhere."

"I was a new patient and my first appointment I got there super late. The receptionist was very kind and asked the ARNP if he was willing to see me and it all worked out. I got my stress test done my results were negative. I’m a happy camper. The staff is wonderful and I will recommend this cardiologist group to anyone. Thank you all."
