"I went there to get a study done. They saw me for 5 minutes took a 150$ and told me to come back in 3 weeks to get a machine to bring home and to bring another 150. I never went back. Yesterday I go to get my DOT physical and they put in my medical records that I have narcolepsy and all kinds of other stuff. I couldn't get my physical"

"I didn’t get to fully experience this place- but was in desperate need of help because I was pregnant and experiencing some extreme sleep apnea. I called and asked if they would help me, and the person said she didn’t know. I asked if she could ask someone and she said no one was there. It just felt like I was pulling teeth to get help. They finally agreed to ask and get back to me… but never did, so I called again. She said no, they couldn’t really do it because I was pregnant and maybe someone in Ocala would help me. I went down the street to Dr. Lee Gonzalez, on Essex, and they got me in quickly, tested me, and found that I had severe sleep apnea and got me a machine the day after my follow up appointment! If you need someone I’d say go see him, this place doesn’t seem to care… or want your business!"

"I was late 15 mins for an appointment today. The staff was rude and abrupt with me. Not willing to see me. If you could explain to me, without sarcasm or being patronizing, why it is perfectly fine for me to wait 15 to 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment but if I'm a little late for unforseen delays I'm treated badly and rudely told I would need to reschedule?"

"I am 35. The room was comfortable quiet and dark (there is a tv with limited cable). The bed wasn't the best but I was able to sleep on it and I am a light sleeper. The wires were not fun but its necessary for the test. I was able to sleep just fine throughout the night. The follow up test with the CPAP went fine too and two months later I have been sleeping better than I have in years."

"Very bad experience !!! They give you this awful bed you can't sleep in the first night because you are in pain from the bed and then the next morning tell you to come back. A good sleep clinic only does one night study. I have had 2 studies done out of state both times I was made as comfortable as being at home. The purpose is to make you comfortably ,so you can sleep you should not have to go back the second night. You are charged for both nights. I called and ask for my money back and got know where. Now I have to wait a year before I can go some place else, in the mean time I cannot get supplies for my C pap because you have to have a prescription to get them before Medicare will pay. They also use their sleeping room in the day time to see patients."
