"We've been going to Dr. Torres for over a year. We have found him to be extremely compassionate and caring. He definitely gives you his full attention. We have needed referrals multiple times and there's never been any problem at all. It might be the insurance company that the previous person is speaking about. The office staff here is also wonderful. I would recommend this office over anywhere else that i've ever been in this county."

"If you plan on having any type of surgery or anything that needs to referral out of this office plan on waiting anytime between today and never. They send the referrals out to an office that holds them at their discretion votes on them without even doctor's present and it makes a decision to whether to send it on to the insurance company or not, not your doctor. They held my referral up and caused me not to have a scheduled operation because they wanted to waste time and leave the referral in the office until they feel like getting to it. I would definitely not recommend this office or any other office that is under the access healthcare umbrella because of the fact that they send all the referrals out to an office that just processes referrals and does it at their discretion so don't hope that you're going to get your referral approved anytime soon. This was the biggest mistake ever transferring to another office that was governed by Access healthcare"
