"I felt a need to prepare a review of this vision center. After reviewing online all the companies in my area, I decided to stop into this store just to check on insurance coverage. I would preface this review, that I am a Wall Street retired regional CEO of a fortune 500 company managing 400+ employees, so I know a little bit about customer service, employee abilities, etc. After entering the store with my partner, we were greeted by a young lady named "Amara". My initial thought was, I hope I would get my questions answered. Let me start the actual review with a scoring based on a 1 to 10 ...10 being best. This young lady was easily a 15. She had a complete and total command of the entire operation from the doctor interactions and needs, to a thorough and complete explanation of our insurance coverages and procedures, itemizing all steps prior to our now scheduled appointment. She noted when she would contact us ahead of our appointment and supplied the medical forms ahead of time. In addition, she defined all the various combinations to insure that we would maximize on our insurance coverages as we are looking for multiple pairs of glasses. I was so moved by this high level of professionalism, that I needed to talk with the manager to share this initial experience. Amara has set a very high standard that I am sure this facility will deliver on. I would not hesitate and strongly recommend anyone looking for professional, comprehensive handling of your vision needs in addition to a friendly atmosphere from everyone there, this is the place to go....bar none.
