"I was seen 12/2022, they billed my secondary insurance and only my secondary insurance and of coarse it was denied so they sent me the bill. I called and asked to speak with the practice manager, of coarse she wasn’t available and it took a few weeks for a call back. She also told me she would speak with the billing department because she didn’t know if they could bill my primary insurance because they didn’t take it. NOT MY PROBLEM!!! I asked if they took both of my insurances and I was told yes if that wasn’t the case they shouldn’t have seen me. That was in March when I spoke to her and I am still waiting for a call back… I’ve had my primary ins call them to let them know they need to submit the claim to them and it STILL HASNT BEEN DONE! It’s not hard to send the claim to my primary ins and then my secondary and whatever isn’t paid I’ll be more than happy to take care of but do your part first. Save yourself from unnecessary stress and go to bay derm, they actually bill your insurance correctly without you having to tell them & they’re all around 1000 times better. I received a phone call from someone on 07/10 from here, she said “it looks like we never billed your insurance correctly so I just wanted to reach out and get the correct information so we can get this bill down some” I gave both insurance cards when I was in office and I told her that. Besides the point nothing was done and I got another email about my balance. I called again today and Carla has told me there is no record of anyone calling me. I advised Carla I have a screenshot of an incoming call from this office that has the date, time, and how long we were on the phone. She then tells me they never billed my insurance because of coordination of benefits. I told her it has nothing to do with coordination of benefits they just didn’t send the claim to my PRIMARY ins and only my SECONDARY then it was because I am inactive. So I explained again for the 100th time, I do not currently have that ins and I only had it last year. She seen that I was active for last year but now has to reach out to a different department… this place is a joke."

"I am a physician, and I have to say the office staff here all are wonderful. They are very pleasant and helpful. I saw Raymond the DCNP he was excellent. He was very personable and through. He removed my mole and got me on my way back to my office very quickly. The entire experience was great I highly recommend everyone to use this office you will not be disappointed."
