"11/14 Dr Ressel fixed my broken tooth after a 2 week wait to get in to any of the dentists. My appointment was 3:00 and did not see the doctor until almost 4:00, and it was another 20 minutes before he actually did the repair which took maybe 10-15 minutes, at the most. It is a good job so I am happy with that, but the room was so cold, I had to retrieve my winter coat from the car, and then a very caring and understanding dental assistant got me a warm blanket. Maybe if they saved on their cooling bill, they would not have to charge such high prices. 11/17 The doctor called me suggesting I take this down. I told him I said what I thought. He said it was "harsh". What was harsh was my over an hour wait in a freezing cold room that required a winter coat and blanket to keep me warm. Maybe it's that last sentence that he thought was harsh. I'm sure even if they did save on their cooling bill, they would not lower the price anyway, so yes, that too is "harsh". He gave me no credit for saying he did a "good job" and "I am happy", and I paid my bill without complaint. AND they did ask me in an email for this review."

"Excellent care provided by each dentist and tech that i have had. Explain everything well and make sure you are comfortable and receive high quality care. Great follow up as well. Plus they make sure my service dog is looked after and settled in to his corner of the room. He loves being there and seeing the staff as well."
