"The Blood draw station at 7556 spring hill drive has one phlebotomist who's the BEST I've ever encountered. His name is JALEN. I have had a lot of difficulty getting my blood drawn because my veins are not easy to see or feel. This guy is so proficient that he hits the vein every time and I have never felt even a tiny bit of pain. I called him a magician. The rest of Access healthcare can be shoddy, re: phone calls, filing things incorrectly, and their flaky referral dept. But Jalen is a light in the darkness..!"

"No one answers phone...took a chance and went to the lab, girl insisted I needed to fast, eventhough I told her doctor said not necessary..she phoned my doctor and she couldnt spoke to doctor so she told me oh your appt. Is on the 28th you have plenty of time, so I left, called my doctor I had no such appointment and didnt need to fast, total waste of my time, access had no air conditioning it was broken, think girl had pms"

"Went in for a in car COVID-19 test and they had a line of cars waiting for the test and no one came out to start the testing even know my appointment is a Half hour past do and still have cars in front of me waiting to be tested. They have no one in the waiting room because I walked in there to see what is going on."

"We recently relocated to Florida and were looking for new primary care doctors. We were each scheduled for a visit in July and they had to cancel. Rescheduled for September and 15 minutes before appointment we were told that the dr is not taking anymore new patients! Really? Waited two months to get established, signed all releases for medical info and then told right before appointment to try the doctor down the road, we aren’t accepting new patients. Thank you for wasting our time and being unprofessional let alone having all of our medical records sent to needlessly. The release was signed on the premise that we were establishing new care. Don’t go to these people! No regard for anyone! Care couldn’t be good with disregard of people’s time!"
