"I came here recently with one of the worst colds I've had in years. I found the wait time very manageable and the service very efficient. The NP on staff (Jennifer Cochran I think her name was) was phenomenal. She was quick to ascertain my health history, my current symptoms, and a diagnosis. She even walked me around the store to help find additional medicines that would benefit me in my condition. I really appreciated the personable nature she had. She was very empathetic in a way that she may not have realized I REALLY needed. At the time, I was a week into being sick, taking care of three kids while my husband was in the hospital with a kidney stone. Her kind concern and affirmation was everything I needed to make me feel special and cared for when I honestly felt stretched very thin. So, for reliable and empathetic care, I highly recommend coming here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Walked in @2 for a school physical after being told over phone there was no wait. Got in & they were on lunch until 3. Chose to wait & shop. I let nurse know I was misinformed & had been waiting with my 7yo for a Physical that takes 5mins. There was 1 person there w/appt ahead of me. She was very rude & dismissive. She made no attempt to fix it or offer to squeeze us in. There was NO ONE else there!"

"Been here several times but never again. I have chronic sinus and ear issues which seem to worsen in the hot and humidity. Look it up...its a fact. Usually antibiotics and prednisone fixes the problem and I'm good for months. Unfortunately sometimes it just comes back with a vengeance and I need to repeat treatment.I'm fully aware of the over use of antibiotics. I certainly try not to. Unfortunately I had to return in 5 weeks feeling worse. Quickly took my copay and proceeded to make me feel like an antibiotic junkie and hypochondriac I left feeling sick and belittled. Had to lose a day's work to bother my physician knowing how busy they are to get the help I needed. At my ripe age I know my body, what works to get better and am not an idiot."

"Worst experience ever. It took them over 25 minutes past my appointment time to even see me because her new system crashed and nobody knew how to check me in or pull up my chart. I went there complaining of a sore throat, cough, and severe headaches. All the doctor did was take my blood pressure and ask me what i wanted her to do. She said she could just write me a prescription for tamiflu or she could test me for the flu. I said I wanted to be evaluated for my symptoms. She then proceeded to test me for flu and I had to wait 30 minutes for the results. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for her to take my payment which was over $100. Should never even looked in my mouth to take a look at my throat. Big waste of time and money"

"I can't say enough about the Staff at this clinic. I myself have gone in for a sick visit as well as taken my 5yr old son for sick visits between July & October of 2019 and we were treated like friends and family. I personally want to thank Debbie and Nicole for being so kind and helpful. They care about you the patient which is rare these days. I would suggest making an appointment online or even calling to make an appointment because at times they can get busy. Thank you guys again for always being so AMAZING!!!
