"I signed my two years for swimming lessons at Bubble swimming and it was the worse decision I have ever made. On our first day the instructor I have asked had another client at the same time. His instructor was very sweet but had 0 skills about how to engage with a child. They had not 1 single toy to encourage him to get into the pool, very bizarre! The pool was dirty, the showers didn’t work. Literally everything was off! Unfortunately, I have paid for 10 class in advanced and since the first one was so terrible I asked for a refund but the manager said he couldn’t do it and I should try another instructor but again terrible experience and even though I paid for 10 class I won’t come back here. I do NOT recommend this place!"

"I write this review in hopes that I will spare other families from a terrible experience. We prepaid for 10 classes with Joseph (the owner) which was a mistake. Do yourself a favor and try his services out for a few sessions before committing to a package. Overall, he was unreliable, unprofessional and unable to deliver on his promises. During 4 separate times, we went weeks without a lesson because of frequent cancellations. We even requested substitute teachers but it was not an option per Joseph. It took us 10 months to finish our package of 10 lessons. Most children will need consistency to become comfortable in the water — something this swim school does not prioritize. As an instructor, Joseph is definitely not well-suited for some children (especially toddlers and preschool age). He would LIFELESSLY “go through the motions” each week assuring us not to worry and saying that the kids would adjust in their own time. Meanwhile he did nothing to allay their fears, nor would he try different strategies to help make the experience fun or enjoyable. Our children dreaded the lessons and would start crying hours before each session started. It was a tough experience. We began lessons with a new instructor (not affiliated with this school) the week after our package was complete. Our kids immediately began to thrive and now they love going swimming! I honestly can’t believe the difference I saw after one lesson with our new instructor."

"Horrible experience. Instructor (Owner) was not able to make the class enjoyable for my son. I had hired 10 classes in advance during Covid. We did few classes and when we wanted to restart the classes after few months (due to Covid), the Owner said that he was not going to honor our prepaid classes. He was extremely rude and I would never feel comfortable having my kids (or any relatives) near him. Very disappointed. It was also very uncomfortable that the Owner denied that my son was previously registered with him when he did not want to honor our classes. This was after already having 5 classes with my son. I have seen that he says the same thing to other parents when there are negative reviews or complaints."

"My son started the classes when he was six month old and it was the best thing that I did for him! Today he is 18 months old and he is doing private classes, he loves the classes and He loves Joseph (one of the instructors). He is swimming very good, lots of improvements. Highly recommend this school and the classes for all parents, every kid should learn how to swim for safety and also for their health, starting sports early in life."

"We did swim lessons with Joseph form Bubble Swim during our visit to Florida. My kids are 10 months old and two years old. For the younger one Joseph thought her water survival skills, submerging in water, turning around on her back and floating. The older child was learned survival skills plus kicking and swimming to the edge of the pool. Joseph was gentle yet firm and gives them breaks now and then so as not to stress them out. The pool we used was in a school and was an outdoor pool, well maintained and clean. I would definitely go back next time we visit to keep up with their swim lessons."
