"I waited too long. Dr Jaffe was a bit abrupt and rude. Did not mention anything, until I reminded him, about the original reason for my visit. He did tell me I needed cataract surgery which he does many of. I was concerned with my eyes tearing and requested an vision test. I asked when he was leaving the room, then tells me they don't do them. Why didn't the woman who gave me the appointment tell me that ? Why, so I would have seen someone else. Will not return. Want another doctors opinion & another surgeon. This company is garbage."

"Great experience from first appt made to 2 weeks post cataract surgery. Office is a well oiled machine. Works perfectly. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Dr Gary Jaffe is the best. He takes his time to educate and answer questions. He is very reassuring. Great surgeon too because I could see and read well the minute surgery was completed! His surgical center is top notch. The receptionist/billing person was so kind, friendly, thorough, and informative. The nurses were the best. They had the procedure down to a T, educating and answering questions. Everyone was constantly checking my comfort. The nurse anesthetist could have been friendlier and more informative about post anesthesia reactions but she did her job. If u can say having surgery is a great experience, well this one was. Thank you Dr Jaffe for organizing a terrific experience. 5-star all the way. See u soon for the next eye"

"Very busy office with efficient front desk attendant. The Dr assistant was great with a lovely personality. I was disappointed with Dr E Jaffe. Although he sounded extremely knowledgeable he was rather brusk and dismissive. I like a no nonsense approach with medical providers but a warmer disposition wouldn’t hurt."
