"If you need immediate help then GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Find another Pain Relief Center. Dr Broyer is great and knows how to do his job. Has given me pain relief with cortisone epidural several times and got rid of my sciatica for up a year. Unfortunately this time when it came back he put through authorization request for the epidural procedure and told me that the insurance company takes 8-10 days to approve. I called my insurance company and they said if Doc marks it as urgent then they will turn around in 24-48 hours. I called and spoke to April who was very nice and tried to help. But apparently it is ERIN THE DIRECTOR who submits these and said it was not their protocol to mark it as urgent because it was not urgent. I told her my pain is so bad that I am stuck in bed because I cannot walk nor sit. That although the doc gave me Tramadol which helped, I did not want to be on opioids for 10 days. I asked her please to mark authorization request as urgent and she told me she would not do it because it was not their protocol. It’s UNBELIEVABLE that they refused to do this while I am at level 8-10 pain constantly. Oh yea she said that instead of waiting that I should go to the ER. Considering what I was asking for her to do just submit letting insurance know it is urgent shows her complete lack of empathy. For a Pain Relief company I was not asking for drugs. I was asking to expedite a treatment which removes level 8-10 pain. So if you need immediate help then GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Find another Pain Relief Doctor. They don’t care how urgent it may be, we are not to them. If you can manage to wait up to 2 weeks in pain then Dr. Broyer is your man."

My meeting with Dr. Broyer concerning my test for my peripheral neuropathy pain went well. He and his staff and Kyle and Mel explained how the whole procedure would be done and reassured me that all would be fine because they all saw how extremely nervous I was and frankly, quite scared of the procedure! They complied with compassion,understanding and patience with my concerns. Dr.Broyers Staff was very nice too. The front desk, his assistant and the team that did the procedure along with Dr,Broyer. Thank you all very much for your patience and understanding of how I was feeling. I don't do well at all with any kind of medical procedures but I know I had the bst team taking care of me.
