"Wellness Screening does not include interpretation of lab results! I scheduled my annual wellness screening with Tracy Riddle. I made it clear I did not want any tests or exams aside from the Wellness Screening covered by my insurance. Ms. Riddle ordered the wellness screening lab tests for me to get done at a separate lab location. She offered to have a telephone call to interpret the lab results after I had them done, so I set up the telephone appointment as instructed. It was.a 10 minute call. Surprise! The following month I received a bill for the telephone call as a separate “office visit”! After 3 phone calls to Ms Riddle’s office and an email to the Advantage Primary Care billing department, I was firmly informed that the telephone interpretation of lab results is not included in the Wellness Screening!"
