"Apparently Rainbow River Hearing and Balance, Dr. Lisa Gascay AuD, was not taking new patients so I am fortunate that Dr. Lisa hired Michelle Frenton AuD. I have had hearing aids before and despite them being expensive-I did not like them. So far so good with these. And I am very impressed with the professionalism of the office. They are not there to "sell" you hearing aids, they are there to help you hear better. I highly recommend"

"I visited Dr. Gascay with pain in my left ear and noticeable hearing loss – diagnosis was a perforated eardrum. I found her easy to talk to and she took her time listening to my concerns. The office equipment was state-of-the-art. The hearing booth was very quiet and comfortable; not cramped like what I experienced in the service. When she visually examined my ears she used a special device linked to a flat screen monitor so we could both see and discuss the problem with my ear. She made everything easy for me to understand.
