"The owners proudly conveyed how they would take every child, no matter their autism issues, as they recognize children with special needs require understanding and care. They additionally expressed with pride that "kids don't get kicked out due to being difficult because it's expected; only difficult parents get their kids kicked out". After expressing our disheartened experience of not finding any help for our autistic daughter, we were given repeated upon repeated assurances (prior to enrollment) to rest our worries and that our daughter's needs wouldn't be an issue. Less than 4 hours in to her first day in a new school, with new surroundings, and new people around her, we were called to pick her up and told that her needs were beyond what they could provide. They were very quick in their conversation with me when I picked her up and conveyed a demeanor of annoyance. Extremely disheartening for my daughter, once again, to be turned away from the help she needs. Additionally, this treatment was deeply insulting after being told adamantly to ease our worries. Our hearts have been very broken by this. It greatly conveyed to us the impression that this organization desires to take only a certain type of special-needs child that also qualifies their company for the perk of financial compensation for educating them. Honestly left disgusted with them."
"When you have someone answer the phone and sounds rude and gives false information to parents, How do you expect a parent to act?! Being a parent is hard enough when your child needs special services! Ive been denied 5 times because the blonde woman told me its only a homeschooled program.she didnt elaborate and explain what they meant by that. I was also denied again because I posted on fb in a support group about the wrong information she gave me. Trying to find out how to get "CMS and what it was because she couldnt explain that to me. A behavior tech named samantha E. decided to bring back that info to her job. I called back and they denied me services because I posted on a support group. I never even stated her name. They said "We recognized when people are going to be a problem". If every business denied a customer/client when they didnt do their job, they would be out of business. You cant just deny people and say oops we dont take that insurance when clearly they take medicaid. There were no resources offered to me and the woman acted as if she could care less. Nobody was helpful. Its such a shame. You can say whatever you want to make yourself look good. There was never ever 1 resource offered to me! You guys were so unhelpful! Its a shame that you cant help the community of parents with autistic kids since you have petty people handling your business."
"Honestly one of the best places to go if you are trying to navigate the world of ESE, ASD, or any disability. Everyone who works here has years of experience with working with all kinds of children. It is funny that someone is upset about their insurance not being taken. Insurance is hard enough and being upset a company limits what insurances they take is the craziest thing I have seen. Just because they take Medicaid doesn't mean they take every version of it. Every staff member loves and cares about each child and parent who comes in the door. The company is focused of the children and helping families. So for two people to write a nasty review over insurance with never stepping foot in the door is not only unfair but giving false information. If you are really interested in Practical Behavior Solutions go take a tour and see the magic that happens everyday. See for yourself and not read what other people, who are angry, over something that is stupid as their insurance not being accepted."
"We are so pleased with the love and care our son receives here. They are truly family and care what is best for all the children there. Our son just started at the school and he is already reading and sounding out he words. I pray by the time he gets thru 8th grade they have added more classes so he can stay with them thru his entire education. I love this place and their people. My people!"
"Awesome place to work and grow as an RBT. You are treated like family and the students love it. So proud of Mrs. Adrienne and all she has accomplished with this school."
