About Us
The FAU ROTC, located in Boca Raton, Florida, is part of the Southern Strike Battalion and offers one of the best leadership courses in the country. Students participate in classes, leadership labs, physical training, and field exercises to learn what it takes to lead others as an Officer in the Army. Graduates earn the rank of Second Lieutenant and are commissioned into the Active Army, Army Reserve, or Army National Guard. The institution upholds values of honor, integrity, and personal courage, preparing students to serve our nation with distinction. The program schedule includes morning physical training and classes, with opportunities for hands-on leadership experience. Officers in charge include Christopher M. Ferretti and Jonathan M. Linder, who oversee the program and support students in their pursuit of becoming Army Strong leaders.
